slow download ---> ctf-tri

this map is to slow to download by the server #1 its going to take 5-10 min to download that map any way u guys can fix it

I've removed it from rotation until we can get the right compressed version up for play.

and btw i dont know what server is the map CTF-BadNeighbors [V2] <-- ? theres a problem wiht that [map] or [server] every time wee play in whatever map befor that one it desconnect in the middel of the game to load CTF-BadNeighbors
its kinda of wierd to

Hmm..I don't think we have BadNeighbors in any rotation; the only time it comes up is when the server crashes and restarts, it begins with BadNeighbors.
