Server sites

I have a question. I was is in a different site the other day and all the players where bent over and frozen in one postition. As they moved they stayed in that postition and did not move normally. What gives here because when i come here everything in running normal. i have talk to some other people and the site works fine for them. Does anybody know how to fix this problem. :?:
