Net textures cause player skating issues
As some of you may know. There are new UTRP textures for Unreal Tournament 99 and they're net-compatible...mostly. These textures have only one issue that causes players to skate around maps and the only known way to correct it is server-side. If your a server admin and you are using net textures on your server then check out these forums: http://www.unrealtexture.com/General...forum.php?f=23
