Can someone please tell me y my screen turns green every time I crash or get shot down

No idea... but what does the subject line have to do with it? Is that a UT99 mod?

I guess from your very detailed post that you're speaking of RocketX mod, a Strangelove-like mod... the screen turns green because when you crashed or were shoot down from it you should have died... but instead you were using God Mode, so the green screen was kept also after your death. The green screen goes away only when you jump out of the rocket in the normal way (jumping), when you are in GodMode it doesn't go off. Stop cheating...
