Sniper arena!!!

heloo

i am curently palying more and more in the sniper arena now..so i need more tips on how t ouse sniper rifles proberly..coz i just run around using the rifle like some sort of assulst weapon ?!..but it works..sorta of and sometimes i sit and snipe..but the i just get shot be sneaky people behind me..so plz help!

umm. well. sniper rifles are used to shoot people at long distances using a scope. to use the scope, press your secondary fire button. this will bring up a large scope view. to zoom further press and hold your secondary fire button.

when it comes to shooting the person. center the cross hair on the person. aim for head region cause then you can get a head shot which uses only one bullet and conserves your ammo. but usually it takes two bullets once you have good aim.

some tips on finding good spots to snipe from are as follows. high spots that you can look down from are good cause then you can see lots. try to find someplace underneat something as well so you are concealed from other snipers. As well, try to be in a corner so noone can sneak up on you. One other note, if possible, find a wall or corner where the colors around you are similiar to your players color so that you camoflage a bit and it'll take people longer and more effort to see you so you have more time to shoot them first before they spot where you are.

EDIT::>> One more thing i just thought of. make your player character not a bright color either. unless your in a bright map. seeing as most are darker, try to pick a darker color. that way you can hide in dark corners and its easier to find areas where you blend in.
