And...
...there is a further advantage to the team that has the shockrifle just outside their base (the other team gets the minigun). The time I played, they would run outside to grab shock and ammo, then return to defend their base. Given the miniscule entrance, it is impossible to penetrate as long as there is a ho comboing.
Y'all know I consider the shock rifle a CTF design flaw anyhow. Having such weapon assymetry on a map like this is crminal.Doofy |

woops..can't believe I didn't notice the SR placement. Now that I think about it I know what you mean though..
nobody used the SR to defend (effectively) when I played it here though.. |

Decent review Freakish. I have only played the map once but it did kind of suck. Lots of good regs were on, play, recon, can't remember some others but it was a good field of players and the map still played poorly. Some maps seem to blow if it requires a lot of teamwork and nobody is on who plays as a team, but we were all trying to use teamwork as much as possible but it didn't matter. The map loses all its fun at that one small corridor blocked off by a couple boxes. Teamwork can only take you so far, but luck is sometimes the only hope
