This is the first mod I've ever done. It replaces the Shock Rifle with the 'Plasma Assault Unit'.

The PAU works thus:-

Primary fire: The PAU fires plasma balls at a medium rate of fire.

Alternate fire: The PAU generates a 'plasma rocket' which, on impacting a surface such as a wall or floor, explodes in a shower of Pulse Gun-style plasma balls. The longer you hold the alternate fire button for beforehand, the bigger the plasma rocket and the more plasma balls it explodes into.

It certainly is different. The primary fire is rather nerfy given it's rate of fire... the alt fire, fully charged is ok-- the shot size is so small that a single shot, weakly charged is almost impossible to hit anybody with, even bots were dodging out of the way.
