How do you post new Maps?

I'm a recently signed on mapper and it's not very clear how to post maps for others to download and review. Yeah, I know I'm asking a stupid question, but, I've looked around for FAQs, etc... and just haven't found what the answers. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Basically, where do I go to post maps, and what do I need to do this?

That aside, I'm looking forward to getting opinions and ideas for future projects.

left column under "Map Resources" select "Submit Maps"
