First Unreal Engine 4 game will launch next year — Epic
from thatvideogameblog.com ............. The very first game powered by the recently revealed Unreal Engine 4 will be released next year, Epic’s vice president Mark Rein has said.
Speaking in a video interview at E3 last week, Rein couldn’t give an exact date or release window but said something would arrive next year “for sure.”
There are no clues on whose game, what game, or which platform(s) it would release on though.
Epic recently released a tech demo for their new engine. Watch it below.
"There is also a river called Helikon [in Pieria]. (...) But, they go on to say, the women who killed Orpheus wished to wash off in it the blood-stains, and thereat the River sank underground, so as not to lend its waters to cleanse manslaughter."
—Pausanias, Description of Greece 9. 30. 8

Judging by the tech demo, I reckon it's Dungeon Keeper 3 ...
