Unreal Engine 3 Problem ? define a mission & change the keyboard keys

hi.

I have some problems in UDK .

I use the latest version of Unreal engine, but I have some questions:

1- How I can define a mission in my levels ?

for example the level complete after kill enemies or destroy a building or some thing else !!!

2- How I can change the keyboard keys in game (level) ?

for example if we press the space bar key the player jump but i want to change the key or define the new key for new action ( or animation) !!
