Instant Karma

Well, i just made my first Karma actor, and it wasnt as hard as i thought. Using This tutorial (http://udn.epicgames.com/pub/Content/KarmaExample1/) it was incredibly easy. Just having trouble adding sounds to the thing, but the karma works a treat.

I also created my first animation in 3dsmax and got it into ut2003.:D

I didnt use max, i used the ed to construct my Karmaactor.
The in the mesh window, added Karma parameters, X.
Then used the "phone" test object they had in the tutorial to check out the Karma properties.

So now, i got a shopping trolley, that spins around and slides when you shoot it.:D

I got it the other day, but its bloody hard to use.
I'm still working out all the tricks of the new ed first before i start on MAX. Trying to get projectors to work with a masked texture is pissing me off at the moment.

The interface is the only thing thats hard and theres alot of tools that you will not need but after using it for a while I tried lightwave and it rocks!:rockon:

the best thing to do is search google for "3dsmax tutorials" and create simple objects.

Ta, i got the export plug in already.
I'll learn it eventually, but i'm to busy learning the ed.

Its just daunting when it doesnt behave like Ued 3.0.
With regards to movement, rotation etc.
