The Rock

I just want to say real quick that The Rock is not a good map in my opinion. I actually left the game today, I try to give all maps a chance before drawing a conclusion, but I don't know about this one. I asked in game if people liked it and nobody said yes. I hate to diss a map that is new, but it was confusing!! Maybe it should be removed :(. Just a thought.

Yes.. it's very confusing. AND.. once the confusion subsides.. the flag bases are VERY camp-able, what with one entrance/exit. I don't much care for it either.

I haven't ever played it but if Creeper says it has a campable flag room, I don't need to. It has offically earned my vote for removal.

Yes, we were playing at the same time and that was a terrible map. I found our flag room and killed the same guy three times (apparently the only guy that was familiar with the map) until he f-bombed me with a SL. I couldn't even find the flag room again after that. Besides the confusing design, the poly count must be very high on this map, my 900 Mhz system was slowing down quite a bit in the courtyard area. That's a hallmark of bad map design.
Also I noticed Zeitkind Final was removed. I want that map back! It's a big map, but once you understand it, it's very fun to play. Plus all of the newbie campers stay on the top sniping while the more experienced players roam around the bottom making caps.

Since The Rock is removed, that leaves room for Zeitkind Final! Hint Hint.........
