Graphic render help.

I want to create a graphic render of a weapons for a contest. But I don't know how to do it. And i do not own photo shop I have a pencil drawing of the weapons scanned into the pc as a JPG format. That that is as far as my skills will go. I want to know if someone can make it look better for me. If someone is willing please post a reply and ill attach the pics in a zip file.

Sorry for not replying sooner.
I'm not sure what you mean by a graphic render. Is it a digital painting / drawing or a 3-D rendering?
