Help installing UT3

Alright, I can get past installing part.
But when loading the game...
it crashes a pop-up shows an error saying something about ATI.DLL My ATI is: ATI Mobility Raedon X1400.

Is this too Low? Too High or is it just a glitch. Before i had a crash deleting all my data on my computer, It worked fine. Whats the Problem now? Everythings the same.... I kept reinstalling it, still crashes. Please help me!
