Our apologies for the outage. Nothing we could do about it, I'm afraid, but at least we're back.

For once, it's not my fault. The Planet (our server provider) had some issues at the datacenter where our server is located...

Again... Our apologies. We were jonesing just as bad as you were.

For how long, who knows. The backup generator that they were running the group of servers UP is in couldn't handle the full load. They've brought in a second generator to handle that group.

Hopefully, we see an outage either this weekend or next when they move us to permanent facility power and no more, but hard to say.

Just keep checking back if we're down.

Took about a 3 hour hit this morning again.

May be time to start looking for another server.
