Server Errors

I have a question for one of you Server savvy tech's out there.

Would any one have any idea what would cause any of these Server errors?

"Connection error- Package 'A_Ambient_Loops' version mismatch"
"Connection failed- Downloading package 'A_Ambient_Loops' failed: Error moving file"

I would really appreciate some input on this. Thanks.

***Edit*** The problem was a sound file. Once I isolated it down and replaced it, there were no more errors.
