Hi, Black_Plague here,
It seems that there is an alpha release 1 of UT2003 floating around. The release is dated 2002.05.31.18.31, seems this copy was leaked by someone. It is only available on CD, not for download, I have procured a copy from a freind and he told me he got it from someone, who got it from someone in Asia. It comes with the latest Unreal Editor, but there a few texture glitches in it, where sometimes the surface texture disappears, leaving the default texture, but that doesn't happen much. It still contains bugs, mainly with textures, but thats about it. It comes with all the levels and gameplays. U need at least an 800mhz with 128meg of ram to play this sucker and a GeForce sound card.
If you do get your hands on a copy, please do not place it on the web for download, you will cause a lot of trouble if you do, just thought u might be interested in knowing that this release was out there, thanks
