are there any tutorials on how to make mutators?
i've been looking for a while now and i still can't find any, or if any of you know how to make mutators even a little could you give me a quick lesson?

No, if you have the UT demo you can't add anything to the game. You need the full version in order to add mods, maps and similar stuff. I don't think that 5$ are SO expensive, so try to find a copy in some shops.
