Came across this a while back. The kit allows you to run either hydrogen or gasoline with little to no modification to your engine
The kit comes with the conversion components, some storage tanks* and an H2 generator(either solar or wind turbine powered)

*The tanks are filled with a hydride compound which they say results in greater storage density and greater stability of the gas. No explosions in a crash


I like this idea, tho it's too bad the kits cost almost as much as a new car and the gov't is telling them they can't make the kits anymore

I don't know, officer. I just started the car, truned on the stereo... just got this great new subwoofer, by the way... and all the sudden it went asplode!

I was told you'd be safer in a hydrogen car exploding than a gas one. gas is heavier than air so it stays low and burns. hydrogen will rise so you'd in essence be under the flames.

these kits use metal hydride, which won't explode anyways. :)

Edit: Reading further, this whole thing seems very hoaxy to me.

Sure... they say that now... but when they reveal the secret squirrels running the motor...

ASPLODE!
