Ok, S2 (the new S5) is running- a few custom maps. There is still alot to work out...

But shes running! At: 131.252.16.90

Give it a go, let me know if it breaks and how you broke it... and what you want on it... map suggestions? I dont have alot of time RIGHT NOW to add stuff in, but if I get a list of suggestions I'll give them a look.

Just got done washing the car. Going to get a cable for the 19" ViewSonic flat screen my buddy gave me when he upgraded to a flat panel.
Unfortunately the cable got packed and my current monitor has an integrated cable... :/
Am going to tweak my settings, do another virus scan in safe mode to get rid of those pesky seven files that keep popping up then it's game on...

ok thanks, i'll be "joining they frey" on a regular basis as i'm moving to full-time 2k4 mapping real soon :D in the mean time, this is more of a basic question:

i've pretty much trashed my ut2k4 "installation" (ok, it became an unweildy mess so i just said "F.I." and wiped it out, reinstalled the product, patches and initial boinus packs -- so, having said that, there's a mess of stuff i have not installed yet, and might not - unless it's absolutely neccessary (i want to avoid a big mess this time around, so to keep things organized --

... what do i absolutely need to have installed as far as "extras" are concerned, example, ECE? UCMP? CBP, CBP2? etc., mutators? what is UPG running on the server ...?

thanks in advance to anybody popping up a nice list of essential goodies :D

I just got a cheap $10 set of head phones / mic combo that i use. I've gone through a few sets of them now but for $10, who cares:)
