Nali Sh*tty (©Horton's Who) is making some changes which has resulted in some problems with Game Spy. Downloading files is problematic at the moment.

As of some time today, GameSpy has removed all of the files from the FTP server that we have linked to for the past three years.
As I stated yesterday, we are working on our own file mirroring solution, which had a beta run on the PU version of Nali City, called FileRing. The BeyondUnreal version of this system is not ready yet, and I'm not certain as to when it will be completed. We ask your patience.
Rest assured: we will have multiple mirrors for Unreal and UT maps, as well as upcoming maps for Unreal 2 and Unreal Warfare, and Nali City will rise up from all of this to become, again, the center of the Unreal-engine mapping community.

Welcome to Nali City, hosted now on BeyondUnreal. The new URL is http://nalicity.beyondunreal.com.
There are a few things you should know about the site as it is, and as it will be. Let's start with what led up to this.
After I, along with my friends, started up BeyondUnreal, beginning with our forums, GameSpy disabled all of our accesses to the PU Nali City. Soon after, they decided that, rather than continue to host Nali City (my site) on PU, they'd rather just cut the ties and eliminate the site from PlanetUnreal.
While we've managed to get things pretty much back together, there are a couple of things to note. First, some of the links won't work yet. We know, and we're working on BeyondUnreal replacements for some of the stuff. GSI has forced the timing of this move to BU, so we're doing some catching up.
Second, the download links are still pointing to FilePlanet, but I was informed by GSI that they will be moving ALL of the Unreal and UT files off the current FTP server. They may or may not continue to host the files that we have. So, unless they do and we are given the ability to link to the existing maps, we won't have a file mirror until we get our own mirroring system set up. Also, unless GSI agrees to work out some arrangement where we can 'push' files to FilePlanet automatically, new files will not be made available until we get our mirroring system set up. The timing of our mirroring system is 'when it's done'. Please, asking won't expedite the process. We want it to be good.
Third, this is just a copy of Nali City from PU, with some tweaks. We are working on NC 3, which is being rewritten from the ground up. No timing on that yet, but we'll be ready long before U2 and UW come out.
Finally, the forums have been recreated from scratch. We may (or may not) try to import the old forum posts - we're currently looking into doing that. In the interim, visit the Nali City forums over at BeyondUnreal.
In closing, I want you guys to know that the admin team here is 100% committed to getting NC fully online within the least amount of time with the best features. I started this site three years ago, and I'm not going to see it crumble. We have very big plans for Nali City, and they include you!
