Help with skarj animations please

Hi , okay listen, here's the deal, any skarj model or skin i have just stands there when they die, wether im playin one or its a bot. Its like they dont have a death animation or just freeze up or something, its really annoying. Dont know what i did, any suggestions would be a great relief thanks
