Being as everything's in French, and it's a Canadian server...I can only assume it's a French-Canadian development. So nice to see the support of our neighbors.

That has got to be the best example of 'bad taste' I've seen in anything involving Sept. 11.

Whoever designed that should be put on a one way trip to the middle of the Atlantic.

Yeah, that's a real hoot. Hey, if you had a good laugh when several thousand died, you'll be rolling on the floor when the body count hits a million. Well, I'm glad to see the French still have their sense of humor. I knew we saved their asses in WWII for something.

Laugh it up now. This is just the beginning. We'll see who's laughing years from now when it's over.

Gotta agree with ShirleyFT. My company's main office was in direct line-of-sight of the WTC attack. Many employees saw it twenty blocks away out their office windows.

Just playing the odds I'm assuming that the next one will be worse.

My morbid streak wonders if we'll set up a "9-11" day only to have it eclipsed by a much bigger attack on a different date.

I am NOT Canadian. Or french ..I was raised and Born in the states in the west coast. (Santa Cruz, Calif ). I thought it pretty sick not only this site But I have seen a lot of BS come out.. after the whole thing..
I didn't mean to bring offence in putting this link here. Just wanted to show you thats some of the crap I have seen on the web or what is circulating in the email...

Nono, wasn't implying that you were mocking things Blackfeather, but just saying that the creator of that page is one sick ****!

All the laughs at our expense there (and various other places)... I don't want to sound pompous or arrogant, but it's true..where's the first place other countries turn to when they have problems and need help, for the better part of the last 50 years.... then something like this comes along, and it's a great source of amusement for some of those very same people.

I mean in regards to 9-11, I can see "Hunt Osama bin Laden" games made as being therapeutic, dart boards, etc...heck I even designed 2 T-shirts which I sold here in L.A. (Yes, I donated major proceeds - so don't start) - but designing a game in the manner as the one in the link above, I don't see anything therapeutic about that, unless you belong to 'the dark side'

You can see the controversy just putting up a web page did ..

Talking about conspiracy's and the stuff put on web sites.. Well heres something that might Scare the hell out of some ..My dad use to talk about this back in the 80's. So you can believe or not. There is alot of things that the public isn't aware of at all, But It goes on right under everyone's Nose... Just Like Area 51. and the roswell incident.

I myself lived out of vegas for a couple years and seen some strange things in the sky. This page is very informative.

Heh, it's hilarious how all the philadelphia experiment, montauk, etc stuff is still alive today.. none of the 'studies' ever mentions what the real experiment was... (as to what happened beyond that, who knows...but it's a bit weird)...

The actual experiment was the degaussing (demagnetizing) of ships hulls so that they wouldn't attract mines in the water... but this experiment has changed (in folklore) from that (which it actually was), to "Radar invisibility projects" to "Light projects to make objects invisble to the naked eye"... no two stories seem to be the same, once you get past the degaussing project...some stating that the USS Eldrige was spotted at the same time in Philadelphia, other accounts stating that it disappeared and no one knows where it went, while other accounts stating that it appeared in Montauk in the 80s, during a similar related experiment being conducted there...

There's even one wild theory that TWA flight 800 was actually brought down by accident as a result of these experiments, that it crossed in between the two experiments, and collided with some material from them...

Some creative minds out there.

ugh. everything scares me. some days i seriously wish that society had never taken hold. Some days i wish i could go back in time and stop that first guy who decided to settle and plant instead of wander. But thats just a general statement. As for the game, i really dont know. I like to stay away from subjects like this, but there have been worse things done by americans if you ask me. Within a week or two of 9-11 i think i got 5 e-mails trying to sell American flags, t-shirts, etc. (im sure they donated some $, but ill bet those companies made a decent profit as well). And i dont know if this ever happened, but some company wanted to make trading cards of the WTC victims. These companies that are trying to make money off of the demise of 5000 civilians are American. Americans are just as bad when it comes to dishonoring the victims of the crash. That isnt my only evidence.

On a totally different note, on the day it happened, i was in school. I am being sincere when i say that almost NOBODY even seemed to notice. Throughout the entire day i only talked to about 5 other people (out of 200 in my grade) that seemed to realize the significance of the event. Nobody else seemed to care. Northeast US is generally a well educated area too, which makes it more scary. It was quite a life changing event for me. Ever since that day i've withdrawn quite a bit from my classmates, and no longer feel able to relate.

On another totally different note, it is VERY important to remember that the person who made that doesn't speak for the entire country. Breeding more distaste for an entire race of people at the fault of one stupid person is not going to help the situation. Whether or not the author of that game speaks for the majority of people i couldn't say, but it isn't fair to assume that every french person feels the same way. i don't know, im so confused these days as to what should be done, said, etc. i wish everyone in the world could just drop everything and take up a new philosophy. Let everyone else believe what they want, and live the way they want. Nobody has the right to tell a particular person that what they believe is wrong, and should/must recieve the same rights in return. If someone else's lifestyle is harming yours, that is different, which is where the problem comes in, because i wouldn't know where to draw the line. but if everyone dropped their disagreements, arguments should be a lot less frequent.

Wow, huge rant (my biggest ever i believe). Im sure im overlooking a lot of things, and will probly get some facts that i have overlooked thrown back at me, but thats what happens when you post huge rants. this is the best way i can explain my beliefs for now.

yes I heard about flight 800 also... Very Strange. But then again What Isn't strange in this world..
There was an Incident that happened to me and my girlfriend in the 80's up in Lake Tahoe, a time displacement, we were in Reno and I had to get her home in Lk Tahoe by 11:00 p.m. I had to drive over Mt Rose and drop down into Incline Village. After coming out of a hair pin turn at the bottom by the christmas tree lodge I was driving stright on the road, it was 10:30 and It was snowing pretty bad.
All the sudden after making the turn there was a total white out. we then passed a sign, I asked my girlfriend what did the sign say.. was it a curve coming up ? She said no it was the summit sign.. I said " Yeah Right !".. She said " No I'm not kidding, It's the summit sign" I looked at my watch and it was 10:35. Just then the snow got lighter and we were cresting a hill all the sudden we saw the lights of Tahoe on the lake.. During the brief time from the bottom to the top I made No Turns. And If you have been up Mt Rose at all you would know the road is very winding and takes about 45 min to get over on a clear day ...

this is just one unexplaned thing that I went through.. very strange

It's nice to see people speaking out of what they feel and what they believe in or disbelive in.. It seems that this day and age compared to the 60's where people spoke out loud what they believe in, in song or protest, most of them ending up dead for some strange reason.. Then we are givin a reason from the media why they died or what happened, being the truth Or a big lie. then you don't hear anything about it for a long time.. or it's all covered up...
You know the thing that is scarry too is Games.. it keeps kids occupied in playing a game and oblivious to whats going on around them in the world ..Sure you hear a little on the T.V. from walking from the kitchen to your room to finish playing a game..
But I think it's true ..My step Daughter is totallly blind of what is going on around her. She's 13, and Plays UT But also spends alot of time watching Cartoons.. Today the stuff that is taught in schools. Or should I say Not taught.. Compared to when I was going to school and the level of teaching then. When you can keep as little information from the kids learning today, you have a better chance of controlling the human population. Just something I read in a book..
What you wrote is interesting Thanks for the response, Seems that everyday is a new learning Experience. and Opens your mind to new thoughts . Have a good day sinnacle

I'm Canadian (but the good kind--the West coast kind!!) and not all Canadians think the way those frogs do back east. I remember when 9/11 happened, I ended up going on bnet to see what people were saying (cause I was kinda weirded out by having fighter jets going over my house) which automatically logs on to a Canadian server. I was floored by what those little pricks back east were saying about things. I'm a patient person, but I ripped those pricks back east a new :moon: hole. One kept saying the Americans deserved what they got. After I was done with that kid (who probably went crying to his mommy), I said that if this was the mentality of the future youth of Canada, we're in BIG trouble.

So please don't think that all Canadians are like that.

I understand completely Blackfeather. This might just be my local area, but it seems that the way we are taught in schools could be contributing to this. I have a decent ability to understand concepts, but i'll probably get nowhere in life because the only people that succeed in my school are the kind that learn only from the text book. Some of the people around me are so mindless. It is almost to the point where if a teacher asked them how their day was they would respond ". . . oh, the answer is on page 265, right? what was it . . .?"
ok, that was an exageration, but you understand my point. I cant help but feel we are being pushed to learn only from the sources issued to us. Just learn what is in the text book, and you will be ok. That is the message i feel we are getting. And keep in mind im not even saying it is the teachers that do this. They are required to teach certain things to fit their curriculum. Perhaps im reading too much into this, cuz i often do, but i just cant help but feel we are being taught that you wont succeed if you search for information on your own. When i tried to explain my beliefs to people around me(my family in particular), i just kept getting strange looks, and being called satan and stuff that is just ridiculous. The name Sinnical came to be in this way, but i guess i've gotten off topic again . . .

France and Mexico stand out as being unexpectedly gleeful at the tragedy.

Sinnical, I'm guessing you're still in high school. High school is where you learn the fundamentals, reading, writing, math, science... Yes, it is text book learning, but it is very important. There are many interesting things in those textbooks too - history, literature. There are certain truths that don't fade with time. Don't be so quick to blow it off.

but i just cant help but feel we are being taught that you wont succeed if you search for information on your own.
This is what you do when you get to college. You are taught to do research, research, research.

First, learn the basics. Then when you want to find new information you'll have a good idea where to look and you'll know when you've found it.

Remember, you're only fooling yourself if you think you know all the answers!

It's Happened in the past Many times over. That is what being free is all about and speaking up.

I Went thru School Also and went to Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz for a couple years .. High school is a learning Experience. But it doesn't mean to keep your mouth shut and eat what ever is served to you .. Your Opinion matters, Everybodies Opinion matters. And I say it's good that you speak out and let whoever know whats on one's mind...

I will say one thing, and one thing only, in regards to this subject (if I explained my entire perspective, I'd be echoing everyone else's opinion for the billionth time). Don't let your emotions get the better of you by misjudging the entire population of a race because a few retards decided to get their "revenge" through cowardly "tactics". No person on the face of this planet deserves to be labled because of the deeds of another person with the same color/race/ethnicity. That would lead to the same mistake the "bad guys" made.

If they knew what the retaliation would be-"cant be a martyr if the is no one left to remember you"- some may chose to get a friggin life and quit thinkin about getting even with a population that has no control over your problem.

Kinda goes along with another thread, parents are responsible for their kids actions. So by eliminating that race would ensure we got all the parents and relatives that have such a dumbass opinion.

To clarify, I have a good friend who is from pakistan, born in the US actually. It is/was tough lookin him in the eye after 9/11. I dont wanna think i'm racist, but when a large percentage of a population hates me just cus i'm american...welll, eye for an eye.

Just playing the devil's advocate here recon ;)

"So by eliminating that race would ensure we got all the parents and relatives that have such a dumbass opinion." One must remember that not all people of a race think the same way. Just because one psychotic rich boy decides to take on a nation of people, doesn't mean hes got HIS whole nation behind him. Although it does seem that way sometimes. Besides, Binlamo is just using the US as an excuse. Hes got TONS and TONS of money. Money, which he could use to help his country progress or even do something humane like feed some of the starving over there. I better not get too started on the subject cause I can bitch about him all day :D

"I dont wanna think i'm racist, but when a large percentage of a population hates me just cus i'm american...welll, eye for an eye." Try not to think of it like that. You became friends with your friend for other reasons. He's probably a cool guy and is just as stunned to 9/11 as you. Don't walk around with that chip on your shoulder about everyone hating you cause you're American. It might back fire. :( Besides, I'm Canadian and I love you guys! Even though your beer tastes like our tap water. It's something I'm willing to overlook.

K recon, I know what I'm gonna say in this post will be in vain, because your hypocritical emotions will block all you disagree with, but I can't stand short sighted people such as yourself. You present yourself to be an American yet you speak of revenge though the eyes and heart of a terrorist. Terrorism is not genetic and should not be diagnosed through bloodline, but rather through actions. Furthermore, using middle easterners or muslims as scapegoats by labeling them though your perseption of a few hundred psycos will lead to the same mistakes Hitler (and many others) made when he used the Jews as scapegoats and called upon Genocide.

It's people like you that lead humanity into the inevitable loops of historical blunders... worse yet, you fail to realize it :angst: .

Right, it's not genetic, it's learned, taught and passed down... you state 'a few hundred psychos' - if only it were that simple. There are countries out there that the children of long ago, who are now adults, have been indoctrinated to hate Jews (big parenthesis here...)(I'm Sorry, THAT sounds more like Hitler than people with a desire to get a little payback in here and end this mess that has been created...a mess created NOT by those who seek justice- in fact, this entire mess stems back to anti-Semetic groups in the Middle East - obviously)... and anyone who supports the Jews...that of course is the US.. There are schools where the children today, are being taught to hate westerners... not just by actions, or the children overhearing it... but they are being TAUGHT this in lessons (can't remember the name off hand...modrassas?).

Around the world, Muslim's rejoiced at the crashing of the planes into the WTC, and the resulting death of thousands... it wasn't a mere 'few hundred' people who were happy... it was nations full of people...sick, twisted demented, BRAINWASHED people. I guess I have some amount of sympathy for them in that aspect, as hey, they have simply been brainwashed, to hate Jews, and to hate Americans...put more simply, Islam, which is no longer true Islam, is now teaching its followers to kill non-believers, or 'infidels' (before I go further, I want to state that of course, not all Muslims believe this...true Islam speaks of peace, and accepting other religions, and the people in them... but we're not dealing with TRUE Islam here...we're dealing with a twisted, warped, bastardized version of it)

It's even deeper than that...it exists here at home....
are you aware that "The Washington Post has carried several stories on Islamic schools in the Washington area which teach Muslim children that "the day of Judgment can't come until Jesus Christ returns to Earth, breaks the cross, and converts everyone to Islam, and until Muslims start attacking Jews." It's that last part that ought to be of concern." -(Cal Thomas/Tribune Media)

that's pretty scary... the day of Judgment won't occur until the Muslims eradicate the Jews..again, sure sounds an awful lot more like Hitler than people who want to carry out Justice over this whole affair.

I mean, this is all just the tip of the iceberg... if we don't go in and root this out the problem is just going to get worse (and by that I mean more attacks, followed by more...), and unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) the only way to do it is with force... Does that bother me? to a point, sure, it should bother anyone... but everyone wants to get caught up in this 'grey area' of things.... in this situation, there is no grey area... There is good, and there is evil... Crashing planes into city landmark buildings and killing thousands of civillians, and strapping bombs to yourself and running into a party filled with men, women, children, elderly, etc on passover - well, that's inherently evil

ok, I'm getting long winded, and it's 4am so I realize my thoughts may not be coming through as coherently as I'd like them...so I'll break now, and clarify later if need be...but I think you get my drift...

I have heard all about the "small" percentage of muslims this applied to. Heard about all the "bad" things the US gov. does abroad. Have, as CS stated, heard about the shools that teach US hatred. There is no clear cut answer. I see no reason to kiss any countrries ass at this point.

Especilly since we support these countries in some way, shape or form. (trade, economic relief, etc) Where do you think that money comes from? OUR TAXES. So I work hard to support someone who wants me dead.

Shortsighted? Save it til you know what the **** you are talkin about. Pay 1/2 of your income in taxes. Join the military to earn the right to call yourself an American in defense of the same.

When you volunteer for military service, you are laying your life on the line for EVERY American. Even the bastards who rejoiced at 9/11.

To think Religion is behind 99% of all of this ****. How funny it must be for these martyrs to find out they are just DEAD, no allah no holy sanctuary, nothin. worm food. period.

I heard the muslim faith believes the next allah will "come from man". Is that why they watch themselves ****? Thats what I heard in Malasia. Dont know if its true, but funny as hell. What morons.

Maybe if they knew genocide was a possibility, they would find somethin else to do with their time...like harvest curry or some stupid ****.

A local liquor stour is owned by Iraqis'. Through a few conversations while in the store, I realized these are animals that dont belong in this country where the enjoy their monetary prosperity.

If the United States didn't have the power we have, the boats would be landing on the beaches and the f**kers would be carving up the real estate like it was some kind of mad land rush. People don't attack the United States, not because they believe in peace, but they know they'll get their ass handed to them.

This new enemy doesn't fly a flag and seems to be independent, but they are funded by many countries, many Middle Eastern countries. This is a well constructed plan and these countries, primarily Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia(what the f**k was that terrorist telethon about), think they can secretly continue to chip away at us without any retaliation. We can't let that happen.

The days of living in Disneyland are over. If we don't go out and hunt down everyone of these f**kers we'll never know peace. Peace by superior fire power. Hunt their sorry asses down!

It seems that this conversation has become a little tense. Even though opinions may differ here, remember we all have one thing in common--the ability to think for ourselves. We can actually step back and say "hey now" if we wanted to. We have that choice. A lot of people don't.

Through my own life experiences, I've come to realize that if you can't think for yourself, sit down and shut up! <----Not directed towards anyone in the forum!! ;)

Look, learn, listen--and think for yourself. Just a little note in hoping to keep the peace. Now. If you'll all excuse me, I have some fragging to do. :moon:
