Anywhere i can get a mod which changes all weapons?
I think it would be cool to have a whole different weapon set, but not chaos ut! Dont really like that.
(edit)Actually its ok i just got psiweapons mod,its really cool! You can still post weapon mods if u want i might check em out. Or you could just spam.

I love that Psi weapon mod!!! I had before I saw this, but it's one of the few mods I kept playing another good one was agent x. But Psi rules big time.

There's also a mod called Apocalypse weapons, but I didn't really liked it, same sounds make mods really dull fast and that's one of the reasons Psi is so freakin good!!! Dark magic is pretty funny for a while, but it does gets old fast.

Don't try cool weapons or codenamed gatling, they suck IMO, no new sounds and no new meshes, fire-modes of them ain't really thrilling either. O and offcourse there's U4E, a fairly good weapon mod with quite a bit of custom content, meshes some sounds and the weapons are just very cool.

The problem was it has 32 weapons if I recall correctly and even though the mods menu/interface for the weapons is very very good I always feel I'm missing the other 20 weapons.

dont matter, i think i'll try out that other mod wit 32 weapons just to see what its like. I had to delete all my crap downloads last time cos my ut was getting slow.Where do you get that btw?

All from modsquad mostly, but is also possible to search through the total database of fileplanet. If ya like total conversions, try The Third Reich, I didn't get to it yet but it seems to be awesome. O hold on, modsquad has a problem with broken links fairly often som try the Mods Auters site ( Modsqaud always has one of the links OK )

www.PlanetUnreal.com/modsquad and don't pay attention to the top 50 ut files at www.planetunreal.com, it's mostly crap downloaded once or twice to often. But when ya click top 50 ut files there will be at the top of the site saying " show all ut files" This will lead to the total database at fileplanet.

The one you seek is the one namd, U4E Unreal for ever( add something weapon mod relevant to finish the name)

O and I just saw somethin called w.o.r.m wich allows ya to use many weapons from many different packs. It must be good, cuz it scored a perfect 10 at modsquad.

Yeah I forgot to mention that when I was searching the URL for ya but try the fileplanet database I mentioned before, it's bound to be there.

?, If ya don't like it uninstall it via Control panel> add/remove software>UT( click U4E) and so on.

After that I advice you to go to your UnrealTournament.ini and remove every line starting with "serverpackage=(something related to U4e).

Or else it won't be possible to host games with ut. " the engine will look for the packages to distribute in the ini and won't find U4E and crash, same goes for other mods, and if your UT or editor doesn't seem to start it's because of the same error but this time with the lines starting with" editpackages=(something recently uninstalled maybe?)

Always double click a file called Setup.exe in your System folder and check to see if what you want to uninstall is listed. If it is then put a check mark by its name and click next. Then make sure where is says "Are you sure you want to remove these components?" that Yes is selected and click Next again. This avoids a lot of confusion with unistalling things properly rather than hand deleting them.

Yeah for an advanced user but when a n00b gets a hold of the manifest.ini file it's time to reinstall the game because that file can goof up your game worse than any of them. It's the only ini file that I recommend not backing up at all because it needs to keep a running record of all files and registry enteries and it really drives the game crazy when you put an old backup of Manifest.ini in a new install of the game. It makes the game think there is stuff installed that isn't installed and such. Besides if something messes with the game bad enough to mess up the manifest file then it's time to reinstall anyway and you'll get a new one.

also, since the win registry keys are in the manifest.ini file, you can export the entries and then use them to reinstall the game over a clean system, provided that you have the right paths. I do that because it's usually more fun than bringing out the cd every time I want to reinstall. My cd-rom drive is slow. :beer:
