Yep players hear what spectators say (that's what the white text is).

If you're spectating the game..you can see from a player's eyes (as opposed from the 3rd person view) by hitting tab (or opening the console) and typing "behindview 0"

Type "behindview 1" to return to 3rd person view.

If you're in the game and you want to view through your teammates' eyes, keep hitting F5 to cycle through them and eventually back to your view. Helpful if a flag carrier is lost in Centiloop..hehehe

Drives me nuts to try to follow a player from the normal in view mode.

Feel like im working harder that thay are "Just to watch and learn" .

this is slightly offtopic, but what the heck:

i sometimes hit F5 by accident while playing and get stuck viewing team members. is there a command i can keybind to get back to viewing myself quickly?

Bind a key to player 1 (I use colon), hit it twice to return to your view.
