I am drooling over this very reasonably priced monitor. Its stats are very good for the money.

My second choice is the ViewSonic and if I could afford it the SONY.

That's the monitor I have which has the same Trinitron display as the Sony and Viewsonic.
I love mine.

Mine is actually 1 model older but I love it.
Now if I could find one that wipes the kid's fingerprints off automatically.

We solved that problem by getting my little sis her own $200 POS computer that can run her own games.

My daughter's 2 1/2 and she's getting good on the computer.
The game that someone posted here about 6 weeks ago is called Super Collapse and I watched her get 550,000 pts alone. That's as far as she can but we got her a bunch of Reader Rabbit and Math Blaster games and she's playing on the wife's.Pretty neat to watch since I can remember getting Pong as a kid.

yup, reader rabbit and math blaster... Those and Jump Start are the main ones my sister has. She is now 5, but she started quite young too... guess they will become programming geniuses in the future

My son has been playing Unreal/UT since he was six (and has been using UnreadEd for about that long). He has every class/attribute and texture memorized (at age nine)--he's like the UT "Rain Man". He's been on the UnrealPlayground and is at least better-than-average.
I limit his time and he has a very good grasp on what's real and what's just play--Basically, the same limits as on TV viewing.
