Mod Problems

This thread is for any problems any one is having with a mod.
My first question: I can't get the Instagib minigun to work. Also, the Zencoders benelli and mp5 mutator doesn't work either. Does it have anything to do with the patch? I have the latest version.

Which patch ? the latest patch is 3236, came out yesterday ...... if you installed your mods before this patch you would not have created the ucl file that you need to run the mods, apparently it was a "bug" in the last patch. the new patch corrects this problem. just reinstall the mods and you should be ok ........

My problems: I can't run Umod and cannot install MODs that way... Do you have to install Umod from the disc or something?

And then, I've made a mutator from a tutorial but I don't now how to compile the script, how do I do this?

JEEz! That's what was wrong? I downloaded and re-downloaded those mutataors at least 5 times each. Thanx for the help. I have to go now and bash my head in with a rock ( i am an idiot...) :dunno:

Also, when I said I had the latest version, I meant v3204. Sorry for the confusion.

i believe that if you can't install them through double-clicking on them, you have to install through a command prompt. (that's asuming you have windows; i don't know if the command prompt would also work on linux. I haven't tried linux with UMODs before, i probably should).

My brother had this same problem but DOS gets the job done now.,

I think I have a serious prob with U4E.. I dont know if this is a random thing but sometimes, everything will seem to get "blocky" and "matrixy". Yeah it was cool in the beginning, but these things just keep on getting annoying.

Click on uninstall UT2004. It should give you a box with a list of installed umods. Just put a tick on what you want to get rid of.

i cannot play unreal annihilation, when i run it from its shortcut it claims it cant find the intro, when i run it from the "community mods" in ut2004 it runs the intro then kicks me....perplexing
