The UT2003 MiniGun

I understand this weapon will have splash damage as it fires exploding bullets. Whats everyones feeling on this? I dont know if its a good thing that a weapon that has hitscan also has splash in such a rapid fire...it may be a spam weapon in the making...:dunno:
