We are implementing a new map system that will work closely with the forums.
In the forums, please update your profile. You will find 3 new fields at the bottom of the page for First Name, Last Name, and Nick. These fields will be used to help associate your maps with your name. This way, if you change your name from Ghandi to Zencoder (sorry, couldn't resist), it will reflect on all of your maps.
All of the fields are optional, but if you don't put anything in them, the maps page will display "Author Unknown".
