In depth analysis:

Pretty good, doesnt drag at any point. Its no The Return of the King though...

Doomed cavalry charges seem to be all the rage these days, and Cruises character being the only one who survived was a bit weird

Yea that's going to be hard for me now going forward after seeing the LOTR Tillogy and going to try and see other films.

I think I will stay away from movies like Last Samurai and stuff until I've rinsed my brain with a couple good commedies. :D LOL

I haven't seen The Last Samurai yet, but I want to. Although... I don't think it can be found in Reno anywhere now... so I'll have to wait till it comes out on DVD. :(

well, my friend insisted on finishing a game of Madden on PS2, meaning we missed the train by 3 minutes, in turn meaning we missed the movie by around 15 minutes...saturday is a popular day for movies in glasgow it seems, and everything else in the world's tallest cinema (including Love Actually) was sold out :angst:

we ended up heading down the road to the Odeon and saw Paycheck, having missed the first 12 minutes, but deciding it was better than nothing.

i would recommend this movie if you have seen every other movie that is currently out.

otherwise, dont go see it...it aint exactly brilliant...Uma Thurman sure is bruteiful

I thought it was a great movie, and I agree with radio, the ending was horrible. Cruise preformed very well in this movies, but that was all exspected. I would recommend this movie to any war movie fans or of samurai movies. It wasn't the "white boy with sword" movie I thought it was going to be.
