The Mavs looked worse than they have in recent years and I believe it will take time before the new line-up gels as a team.
Antoine Walker and Antawn Jamison played well but the "big three" shot a combined 11 for 35.

Seriously, give the Lakers the trophy now. Nothing short of a Kobe conviction will keep them from the title. And maybe not even that.
The Knickerbockers have rattled off a few good games. McDyess is possibly returning to the court tonite. I'm not holding my breath.

Actually, yes a bit. Nobody really knew if there we would be enough touches to keep 4 superstars happy. The internal bickering started up again and nobody knew if Kobe would show up this season.
However, the team has gelled wonderfully, and it looks like they will demolish the rest of the league.

yeah, yeesh. been a nutty one so far. man, the suns are last place in the west. but still a good team. just shows how deep the west is. minnesota has really impressed me. they seem to have come together quite well. dallas is picking it up and coming together. it will be a good second half. maybe the suns can come together and put together a good run. bleh.

Well, I got the NFL one half-right (Carolina making it and losing). =D
Looks like the NBA pred. is still decent...Nawlins needs to start playing better though. =P
NHL...still lookin' good so far! =D (still don't know jack about NHL too)
All in all, exciting sports seasons.

NBA is a game of haves and have-nots. Even though tyhe Kings and Wolves are having good regular seasons.... history is against them. Even when good teams have poor regular seasons, they become a good team again in the post-season.
Odds are that Lakers or Spurs represent the West.
