I've recently returned to the UP1 server since the provider change/upgrade, and must say we (myself and the usual suspects) have been having some very nice games lately.
Also I'd liek to mention despite the usual disconnects and mystery lag, the server feels MUCH more stable, and alot more accurate than it ever did. Finally I can be the mini-whore that I truly am!! :D
Anyways good times, and hope to annoy you all some more in the coming days. :) UP is easily one of the funnest UT servers in existence and there are many many cool people on it that make it just that much better!
