shield belt plus speed plus big O

or

defense plus body armor plus tight pads plus big o

I have found that the best defense is eat something with a lot of gas and do not shower for a few days. No one will go near you. Just run really close to everyone and when they are running away from you, you have them:D

I work with a few people that utilize that particular defensive method. Trust me, it works!
