Zinia's latest review. (http://www.unrealplayground.com/review.php?id=582)

There are a plethora of wall and ceiling textures used for this map and at times the transition from room to room looked somewhat out of place. From a natural stone appearance to a red rock that looks fabricated, from an iron-clad, skull-banded border to a mossy-green formation, the author appeared to mix it up without the forethought of the final appearance.

Thanks for the review Zinia :)

Before now I've had a real lack of feedback (good or bad) on this map, so I realy didn't know what to expect and strangely enough I thought to myself when I submitted it that I'd be happy to get a score of 46.
Whilst I dont see z-axis as essential for every map, I was aware that my map doesn't have much of what I consider natural z-axis - the floors on each level are largely flat, and when you enter a new room, it's ussually on the same level/height as the last room. So, I consider alot of the z-axis unatural, as you have to climb a ramp or use a jump pad to suddenly have a height advantage over your opponent. This is something that'll be different in my next map, which I've started working on :)
I'm relieved that the lighting was adequate - this was my first 'proper' attempt at lighting, as my 1st 2 maps were kinda set to fully lit :D
